POUNDREGAPURAM SRI CHAKRA CHARITABLE TRUST

This deed of Charitable Trust executed on this 5th day of February by Mr. G. Prabakaran S/O Gopalakrishnan aged about 50 years residing at No. 3/387, West Street, Poundregapuram Post, Murukkangudi Via, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur-District. PIN - 612202.

Hereinafter the "FOUNDER" (which expression shall mean and include his legal heirs, legal representatives, successors and assignees, whatever the context so admins or requires.

WHEREAS the Founder have considered that a public Charitable and Educational Trust with aims and objectives mentioned hereinafter should be constituted and established in order to render community service and to provide education by establishing educational institutions right from Nursery, Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary, College, Higher educational Institution, and universities etc., to the poorer in general, orphanage, Home for aged house of the poor, Rehabilitation, for handicapped or refugees, or victims or leprosy parties.
 
Name of the Trust:
The Name of the Trust shall be "POUNDREGAPURAM SRI CHAKRA CHARITABLE TRUST".

Registered Office
:
The registered office of the Trust shall be located at No 3/387 west Street, Poundregapuram Post, Murukkangudi Via, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur - District, Tamilnadu-State, India. PIN 612202 and may be shifted to such other place(s) as the board of trustee may be decided from time to time. This building is Rented Building.

Aims and Objectives of the Foundation:

     a) To start daily pooja kattali & Nithya pooja at Sri Rajagopala Swami Temple, West Street, Poundregapuram, Kumbakonam Taluk.

   
b) To start monthly pooja & Nachathira pooja to Sri Rajagopala Swami Temple, West Street, Poundregapuram, Kumbakonam Taluk.

     c) To Start Prathosa Prayar, Astami Pooja, Pournami Pooja, Amavasai Pooja, Guru Pooja, Kuthuvilakku Pooja, Natarajar Pooja, Annabishega, Tamil Monthly Pooja Prayar, Mahasivararthiri Pooja, and maintenance of the temple periodically.

    d) To Start to undertake unmaintained temple at various places for maintenance and thiruppani purposes.

     e) To start annathana facility to temple visitor.

    f) To start and operate Academic, Technical, Medical and other Educational institutions, Research Institutions, Health care centres, Hospitals, Deaddiction centres, Study Centres, Libraries, Sports Clubs, Hostels, Rehabilitation Homes, Old age home and other institutions for development of people.

   g) To Start Vocational training Centre, tiny, cottage and small scale industries and enterprises to provide trainings and employment opportunities for the poor and downtrodden people specifically Destitute and stranded women, disabled persons and unemployed Youth boys and girls and to promote Entrepreneurship qualities.

    h) To render service in the field of Education, Public Health, and Medical Relief to the deserving poor and needy people free of cost or at concessional rates, irrespective of caste, creed, colour or religion and the promotion of peace and human understanding.

    i) To institute and grant, scholarships, stipend and render financial aids to students, scholars, poets, teachers, and professors or persons of eminence in educational field.

      j) To promote, establish, support, maintain or giant aid to institutions for the promotion of literature, music, drama and fine arts, for the preservation of historical monuments and other institutions, in India, having similar objectives for the benefit of the public in general.

    k) To oraganize district, State or National levels Seminars, Conference Workshops, Meetings, Training Camps, campaigns, Rallies Cultural events and Discussions for youth women Children Disabled, Thic and sexual minorities.

     l) To develop a health as well as critical attitude towards the development of mental, physical and moral uplift of the students and those connected with the institution so as to make them good citizens.

     m) To adopt model villages and implement innovative action oriented and research based projects on agriculture, Environment, Ecology Biotechnology, Biodiversity, Indigenious health care and socio economic conditions, Socio-cultural characteristics of the target community to study the impacts and replication of observations.

      n) To accept donations, endowments, gifts, devices, bequests (real or personal) grants-i-aid and subscriptions for all or any of the purposes of the Trust either from India or From Abroad on such terms and conditions as the Trust may consider reasonable and fit.

      o) To implement Health and Hygienic schemes of Govt and Charity Oraganizations, for the welfare of rural Women and Children.

     p) To plant Trees for up gradation of Social Forestry and conservation of Ecological System.

     q) To grant aid or render assistance to other public charitable trust or institutions having similar objectives.

      r) To undertake and assist developmental activities, such as Water provisions, Drainage and Sanitation for rural people.

     s) To open orphanages for deserted children and participate in rescue operations in the time of natural disasters like Earthquake, Tsunami and Flood etc.,

      t) To disseminate information's abount chronic diseases, conduct medical camp and give financial assistance in medical treatment.
